الشروط
باستخدامك لعبة «نحشة الرياض» فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية من Apple.
1. الترخيص
نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً غير حصري لاستخدام اللعبة على أجهزة Apple التي تملكها أو تتحكم بها. لا يجوز نسخ اللعبة أو تعديلها أو إعادة توزيعها.
2. العملات والعناصر الافتراضية
العملات والألماس والشخصيات والألواح عناصر افتراضية للاستخدام داخل اللعبة فقط، ليس لها قيمة نقدية ولا يمكن استبدالها بمال.
3. اشتراك VIP الأسبوعي
- يمنح الاشتراك: شخصية عبدالعزيز، و500 عملة و2 ألماسة يومياً، وإيقاف الإعلانات بين الجولات، طوال مدة الاشتراك.
- مدة الاشتراك أسبوع واحد، ويُخصم السعر الظاهر في اللعبة من حساب Apple ID عند تأكيد الشراء.
- يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً ما لم يُلغَ قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية، ويُخصم التجديد خلال 24 ساعة قبل نهايتها.
- يمكنك إدارة الاشتراك وإلغاء التجديد التلقائي من إعدادات Apple ID ← الاشتراكات.
4. المشتريات
تتم جميع المشتريات عبر Apple وتخضع لشروطها، وتتولى Apple طلبات الاسترداد.
5. إخلاء المسؤولية
تُقدَّم اللعبة «كما هي». الأماكن والمعالم في اللعبة رسوم خيالية مستوحاة من المملكة العربية السعودية، ولا ترتبط اللعبة بأي جهة حكومية أو علامة تجارية.

By using “نحشة الرياض / Riyadh Run” you agree to these terms and to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the Game on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the Game.
2. Virtual items
Coins, diamonds, characters and boards are virtual items for use in the Game only; they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
3. VIP weekly subscription
- VIP gives you the Abdulaziz character, 500 coins and 2 diamonds a day, and no ads between runs, for as long as it is active.
- The subscription lasts one week; the price shown in the Game is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
4. Purchases
All purchases are processed by Apple under its terms; refunds are handled by Apple.
5. Disclaimer
The Game is provided “as is”. Places and landmarks in the Game are stylised illustrations inspired by Saudi Arabia; the Game is not affiliated with any government body or brand.
