Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Fasih (فَصيح) (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download the App on devices you own or control and to use it for personal educational purposes only, subject to App Store rules.

2. Account

• You may use the App as a guest, or sign in with Apple or Google.
• You are responsible for protecting access to your device. We never ask for a password.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Fasih Account → Delete Account.

3. Premium Subscription

• Premium is a non-consumable in-app purchase tied to your Apple ID and restorable on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.
• Premium unlocks all locked content and removes all ads.
• Purchases are processed by Apple StoreKit and refunds are governed by App Store policy. To request a refund use Apple's form at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Content

• The educational content (text, audio, vocabulary, exercises) is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be redistributed or copied outside the App.
• You may only interact with the content inside the App.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Reverse-engineer the App or attempt to extract its content or code.
• Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes.

6. Advertising

The App displays ads to non-premium users via Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or advertisers' practices.

7. Service Changes

We may add or remove features without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to keep Premium functionality available. If Premium is permanently discontinued you may request a refund through Apple.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App is error-free, always available, or that it will produce specific learning outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
